When you fill out our intake form a member of our team will contact you, dependent on your due date and who is available to be a part of your support team at that time. We will work closely with you to ensure you are supported and feel encouraged throughout your pregnancy, labor & birth and as you welcome your baby home. Your doula will meet with you initially at no cost or obligation. It is important to us that you feel connected and comfortable with the doula you choose. An initial meeting with a doula will give you both a sense of your compatibility with each other. Our doulas work in private practice but also work closely together supporting each other’s clients if the need arises. Our members offer professional childbirth preparation classes, breastfeeding preparation classes and support birth doula support and postpartum doula support.

Our doulas have attended births at home and the Arbor Birth Center with registered midwives, at the Rockyview General Hospital, the Foothills Hospital, the Peter Lougheed Center, the High River Hospital and the Canmore Hospital. We are certified through Dona International and our educators are certified through Lamaze International, Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA) and The Simkin Center at Bastyr University.

Our fees currently range from $600 to $900 for birth doula services. Our postpartum doula fees range from $35 to $40 per hour and our childbirth education fees are dependent on what you are looking for from your classes. Please contact us for further information.
